Terms of service
Terms for using Reverse Bundle Pro on Shopify. Last updated: August 1, 2026.
1. Agreement
By installing or using Reverse Bundle Pro (“the App”), or by clicking “Agree and continue” in the App, you agree to these Terms on behalf of the Shopify store that installs the App. If you do not agree, uninstall the App.
2. Service description
The App matches pack rules you configure and converts eligible multi-SKU Shopify orders into a warehouse pack SKU using Shopify Order Edit (or optional tag-only mode). Before editing, matching orders receive a Shopify fulfillment hold so fulfillment apps that respect fulfillment orders wait for the pack SKU; the hold is released after success or failure. Compatibility with 3PLs depends on those tools syncing Shopify fulfillment orders (or filtering on our tags). See in-app Fulfillment / Help.
3. Your responsibilities
- Accurate pack rules, SKUs, inventory, and location stock
- Correct Settings pick rate-card values if you rely on savings displays
- Approve fulfillment-order scopes when prompted so holds can run
- 3PL / WMS configuration for legacy connectors (tag filter) if they ignore Shopify holds
- Compliance with Shopify’s terms and applicable law for your store
4. Billing
Paid plans are billed through Shopify Billing. Trial and plan conversion limits apply to successful Order Edits only. Prices are listed at /pricing. Unused trial conversions do not roll over. Taxes may apply per Shopify.
5. Acceptable use
You may not abuse webhooks, attempt to bypass plan limits, reverse engineer the App for competing services, or use the App for unlawful activity.
6. Intellectual property
The App, branding, and documentation remain our property. You retain ownership of your store data and catalog.
7. Disclaimer
THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW WE DISCLAIM WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. Estimated pick/pack savings in the App are calculated from costs you configure and are not a guarantee of carrier or 3PL invoice savings. We place Shopify fulfillment holds before Order Edit where scopes allow; connectors that ignore Shopify fulfillment orders may still require tag-based import filters.
8. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR LOST-PROFIT DAMAGES, OR FOR 3PL SYNC RACES, MISCONFIGURED RULES, INVENTORY ERRORS, OR SHOPIFY PLATFORM OUTAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS ARISING FROM THE APP IN ANY TWELVE-MONTH PERIOD IS LIMITED TO THE FEES YOU PAID FOR THE APP THROUGH SHOPIFY BILLING IN THAT PERIOD (OR USD $100 IF GREATER AND REQUIRED BY LAW).
9. Indemnity
You will defend and indemnify us against claims arising from your pack rules, product catalog, fulfillment configuration, or misuse of the App.
10. Suspension & termination
You may uninstall at any time. We may suspend access for abuse, non-payment, or risk to the platform. Uninstall ends the service for that shop subject to billing already incurred.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms by posting a new version with a revised date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operator’s principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer or merchant protections in your jurisdiction apply.
