- Shopify Inc. — Commerce platform, OAuth, Admin API, Billing, webhooks (Global (Shopify))
- Oracle Cloud / hosting provider — Application hosting and compute (As provisioned (see Status))
- PostgreSQL database host — Persistent app data (rules, conversions, sessions) (Same region as app host)
- Transactional email (Brevo / SendGrid if configured) — Optional merchant notifications and ops mail (Provider default)
We do not sell merchant or customer personal data. Optional ShipStation API credentials you enter are used only to refresh that order after conversion when configured — ShipStation then acts as your fulfillment tool under your agreement with them.
