The app stores the shop domain, the offline access token, order IDs, fulfillment order IDs, shipping amounts, and the subscription status.

That data holds an in-stock shipment, joins it with a delayed shipment from the same order and location, and refunds the extra shipping charge.

Uninstall clears the access token. A shop redact request deletes the shop and its order rows.
